UK orders use a Standard Delivery Service suitable for your purchase. The service we use will include insurance up to the value of your purchase. Delivery is usually within 1 to 5 working days following despatch. Backorders and prints-to-order are subject to an additional 1 to 5 weeks delivery.
UK standard (2nd class) shipping costs are:
- Zebra Strips – £2.27
- Other Pebble accessories – £2.95
- All other items – £3.99
UK signed for (1st class) shipping costs are:
- Zebra Strips – £4.99
- Other Pebble accessories – £6.35
- All other items – £6.35
If you buy more than one type of item, the most expensive postage will apply per order.
If your item is in stock, we will despatch your order within 5 working days of when you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
European shipping applies to EU countries.

Tracked & Signed shipping costs are delivery duties paid, calculated as:
- Zebra Strips – £10.50 + £2.56 customs duty fee + £1 customs handling fee + VAT% (approx 21% of value of items)
- Pebble accessories – £11.90 + £2.56 customs duty fee + £1 customs handling fee + VAT% (approx 21% of value of items)

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order within 5 working days of when you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer.
All prices on our website are in pounds sterling. Local VAT is NOT included in the price you pay, and as such you are responsible for sales tax and any additional local taxes and import duties levied on arrival.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchases. You pay the return postage on returned items, which must be in unused condition.
To return an item:
- Fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice and tell us whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.

You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your purchases. You pay the return postage on returned items, which must be in unused condition. To return an item:

We can only offer exchanges on a like for like basis. If the item is out of stock you will automatically receive a refund. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, all EU customers have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase, then an additional 14 days to return it.
Make sure you send a completed returns form with your item: we can’t process your exchange or refund without it!
